Blank out EXCHANGE_EWS_SRCDIR (for reproducible builds)

The full path to the source gets embedded in libecalbackendews.so, which could not usefully be used on the end-user's installed system.

This issue was originally reported with this patch at https://bugs.debian.org/1004057 which also provides a bit more explanation.
