Unreachable EWS service causes Calendar(s) to disappear
When starting Evolution (offline or online) while the EWS service is unavailable/unreachable, Calendars presented by EWS are not displayed in the Side Bar. Contacts & Mail folders are still present though obviously offline.
Inspecting Edit->Accounts and expanding the relevant EWS account, there is no slot for Calendar, only Mail and Contacts. Clicking Edit on the account reveals it is configured to present Calendar.
- Green account is another EWS on outlook.com, configured through GOA and never disappears.
- Orange account is troublesome EWS on internal (non-internet) dns name, so unreachable from outside office LAN.
When the service is again reachable, Calendar functions normally without intervention.
