EWS folder permissions: No "Default", cannot save individual settings
Steps to reproduce:
- right click on a EWS calendar, choose "Permissions" (also true for EWS mail)
- "EWS folder permissions": There is no "Default" option (like in older versions)
- "Add", choose an user, set an option, "OK"
- Permissions will not be saved
Expected behavior: There should be an "Default" option. Individual settings should be saved.
Actual behavior: No "Default" option for mail and calendar, saving of individual settings not possible. Other users cannot access the calendar.
