[SMTP] Do not use local host name for HELO/EHLO
Imagine someone tries to avoid disclosing real IP address, uses VPN, sends an email from evolution and ends up with evolution printing local host name in plain text as found here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=738247
Yes, external IP address is from VPN but host name is shown!
Received: from [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] helo=myFQDN
I must admin that some MTAs drop the very first Received: header, I don't see it when email via my postfix MTA but my ISP keeps all headers.
