Offline mode ignored by evolution-addressbook-factory

I start Evolution in offline mode (evolution --offline), then import a CSV file exported from Outlook.com. In turn evolution-addressbook-factory sends HTTP PUT to the server, as my computer is actually online. So evolution-addressbook-factory ignores the offline setting.

If the online/offline setting is relevant only for Mail operations, then the symol on the left botton shall be visible only in the Mail window.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
