ev-annotation-window,ev-view: use configure-event signal instead of custom one
The custom "moved" signal in ev-annotation-window can be replaced by "configure-event" signal implemented directly in the widget. This saves some code and avoids a custom unnecessary implementation. This has no behavior change.
