WIP: big clear out of stock icons (deprecated), remove old unused icons and switch to GResource
removed Stock icons and moved to GResource cleared out every unused icons (many) I'm not confident with the changes in job_finished_callback in shell/ev-sidebar-annotations.c . Notably, I had to change the the type for the second column from GdkPixbuf to GtkImage.

couldn't manage to see the icons, though it compiles. (correction: I managed to see the sidebar one
Though I have other things for evince on my todo list, I won't start an other MR until all the current ones are merged to avoid having to manage big merge (/rebase) conflicts.
