No useful zoom level for larger documents possible (no zoom farther than 20%)

Description

Created attachment 334535 No useful zoom level

I have an ebook (cbz) with single jpg-pages being 4.5K by 6.5K pixels in size, which is quite common now for newer ebook-comics. It's the standard for comics bought via HumbleBundle for example.

I can open the document no problem. Using the toolbar I can zoom to fit which sets the zoom to "5.45%". Pressing enter on the zoom percentage or entering anything below 20% will reset the zoom to 20% which is much too large.

I can't enter any zoom farther out than 20% (10 would be nice, I guess), while evince is fine with rendering at 5.45 so it's not a technical limitation.

Since this size is now the standard for high-def digital comic books, it would be very good if this use case was supported.
