Keep aspect ratio for snapshots

Jan-Michael Brummer requested to merge jbrummer/epiphany:fix-snapshot-aspect-ratio into master

In case snapshot width is greater than thumbnail width set it to thumbnail size and ensure that we keep aspect ratio. Furthermore to always have correct height image data switch to full document snapshot.
