Add libdazzle test fix to investigate dazzle location entry bug

This patches libdazzle to add additional debug information on focus out and a potential fix for @mcatanzaro dazzle bug. As this changes libdazzle internals, it is currently not merged in libdazzle: Christian wants test feedback first.
