Allow importing bookmarks from HTML files

Currently there is no way to import bookmarks from HTML files using Netscape Bookmark Format.

To fix this issue, add option to import from HTML in the bookmark import dialog and parse the chosen file using GMarkupParser for bookmark url, add date, title and tags.
