suggestion-model: Deduplicate results

This patch excludes search results not only that are bookmarked, but also from other open tabs. Is this behaviour wanted?

On one hand, it would would mean one more result is visible (especially useful now that they consume two rows). But on the other, it hinders two possible actions: opening a web page again (Firefox allows overriding this with Ctrl+Enter) or editing the URL before opening.
