Draft: Add bottom url bar and updated mobile view

This is another attempt to update mobile view and also adds an option to move the location entry down to the bottom.

It also removes the action bar so that there is more space available on mobile screens for the real web content. Navigation buttons have been moved to the page menu in case gestures aren't working (just like Firefox on Android).

Overview button has been moved to the bar, so that it is always accessible.

Add bookmark and bookmarks popup needs to be added to the page menu (Not done yet).
