Draft: load bookmark favicons once, not per window

• add get_scale_factor to EphyShell that gets max scale factor, because now icons aren't tied to particular widgets
• add property loaded-icon to EphyBookmark and a method to start loading it asynchronously, bind to it from EphyBookmarkRow
