The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Add Extensions page to Preferences
The old WebExtensions dialog was removed, and replaced with a new Extensions page in Epiphany preferences, with the same functionality.
Currently, there are !1202 (closed) and #1827 (the latter of which provided the mockups), which can be added to this page in a future MR. This MR just ports the current dialog.
