Dragging scrollbar drop-down doesn't work if not straight

Using epiphany 3.28.3

  1. Open https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16450#c9
  2. Open the drop-down
  3. Click on the scrollbar
  4. Drag to move the scrollbar, and have the mouse stray outside the popup

The drag should carry on even if the mouse moves too far to the right, but it does not.

As @mcatanzaro knows, this widget is now used inside WebKitGTK+. I don't have a new enough WebKitGTK+ to test that version compared to epiphany's though, so the problem might be fixed by switching to WebKit's version of the widget.
