Remember the last used folder / directory in the file save dialog for manual downloads

Submitted by Jean-François Fortin Tam @jfft

Link to original bug (#767704)

Description

I often open a bunch of images in new tabs and hit ctrl+S in each of them to save the files... however, Epiphany doesn't remember the last used folder I picked for manually saving a file, and it is extremely painful to dig through 4-9 levels of folders each time to save it in the right place. If the GTK Filechooser for saving files with Epiphany had the "Recent" category available in the sidebar, I could pick the last used folder in only two clicks.

Version: 3.18.x (obsolete)
