Using trackpad zoom on some web apps(such as office online or an open pdf document) zooms in on the whole web page instead of just zooming in on the content.
When using pinch to zoom on web apps like Microsoft Office online, google maps, or an open pdf documents, it zooms in on the whole web page, instead of just zooming in on the content that is being viewed or being worked on.
Example1(Zooming in on an open pdf document) Note how the UI elements got zoomed in aswell, along with the pdf document.
This behaviour is different from other browsers like Firefox, or Chromium based browser like Microsoft Edge, where zooming in actually zooms in on the content, instead of the whole ui.
Example1(Zooming in on an open pdf document) Note the zoom value changed to 335 percent. Unlike, in Epiphany, where the zoom value remains the same.
Example2(Office Online) Again, note the changed zoom value at the bottom

TBH this seems to be more of a webkit issue. Please let me know if I should open a similar ticket over at the webkitgtk bugzilla.
