Allow Ctrl+Shift+O as a secondary keyboard shortcut to exit the tab switcher overview mode
Sometimes you want to just quickly peek into the overview and go back to your current tab (or you may simply have changed your mind), and currently the only way to exit it with the keyboard is to press the Esc
or Enter
keys, which don't always feel as quick and natural as reusing the same keyboard shortcut that your fingers are already positioned onto (Ctrl+shift+O
).
Allowing this shortcut combo to act as a toggle in both directions would be nice. It would also be consistent with GNOME Shell's "overview" behavior, where you can press the Super
key a second time to toggle out of the overview.
