Shortcut to show URL in existing or new tab
PureOS 10.0 "byzantium" Epiphany 40.2 WebKitGTK 2.40.1
When I type at bash
bash$ epiphany webkit.org
bash$ epiphany webkit.org
I get two tabs at the same URL - stupid but they all do it. How do I show a URL which is already on an existing tab and only create a new tab when no such tab exists?
Peace

P.S. This is to make OS-level keyboard shortcuts to URLs, using an already open browser and tab when possible. Searched online, groveled C code, no luck yet.
