Allow the user to provide a webapp icon if one cannot be automatically retreived; Unable to automatically retreive webapp icon where other browsers can
Hi, while experimenting with using Epiphany instead of Firefox, I ran into this issue.
For some websites*, Epiphany is unable to retrieve an icon to be used when installing it as a webapp, despite other browsers (such as Firefox for Android) being able to. I suspect Epiphany might not be checking for a PWA manifest and the icons linked in one.
*I first encountered this on FoundKey instances; I was able to reproduce on four different instances: snug.moe, estrogen.network, mk.absturztau.be, and minidisq.tokyo.
Furthermore, when it is unable to retrieve the icon, it doesn't show any error, it just logs a message to stdout and gives up. Ideally, it would show the webapp creation menu, with an error symbolic where the retrieved icon would be, requiring the user to select their own icon before continuing.
