UI non-ideal at small sizes on Pantheon
The current state of Epiphany at small sizes on Pantheon is non-ideal; the minimum window width is so small that the URL bar is completely hidden, but the adaptive UI was disabled due to styling concerns.
Now the elementary stylesheet is much more GNOME-friendly, and the adaptive UI actually looks fine. I personally still have usability concerns for desktop users suddenly getting a mobile interface on small sizes, but I think the only alternative would be to set a larger minimum width. So maybe adaptive is fine? I'd be interested in feedback from @danrabbit.
