Set the EXIF orientation when adding image in the monitored directory

Open Krifa75 requested to merge Ordissimo/eog:set-autorotate into master

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open a folder of images
  2. Add an image that contains an EXIF orientation (or copy/paste if the folder already contains one)

We can see that the image is not oriented.
