EOG is not handling external style sheets for svg files
As per the title.

above displays correctly in both eog, and loaded directly with firefox.

fails to display any content. Instead, it shows an error message on the gui with a cancel button.
Could not load image "test02.svg"
SVG has no elements
Opening test02.svg with firefox works fine, with the css information overriding the stroke specified in the svg file.
