Inserting of shapes doesn't respect individual size

Description
Add some control (button on bar under diagram), which change default behaviour (scale inserted shape to default size) to new behaviour (scale inserted shape individually, based on coordinates stored in ".shape" file, ie. scale them 1:1).
Other information: While computer diagrams (UML, networks, ...) are created easily, I found, that default scaling (all shapes are scaled to 2cm height) is cumbersome in the case of other diagrams (cybernetics, hydraulics), because it force you to make many symbols smaller manually. Rationale: Some (many?) non-computer diagrams look better and more comprehensible, if functional blocks are bigger than simple SUM, DIFFERENCE or FORK symbols.
