bridge/bump to indicate overlapping lines

Submitted by Roger Svensson

Link to original bug (#302953)

Description

Sometimes when drawing complex diagrams it's not possible to avoid having connection lines crossing each other. As of now the lines form a cross as of #1 (closed) in the attached image.

The desired feature would be where the line with top stack position add a "loop" over the the line as seen in #2 in the attached image. In this case the horizontal line is "above" the vertical line.

Changing stack position by using "lower" or "send to back" for the horzontal line or raising the vertical line will produce the result as of #3 (closed) in the attached image.

Since I've been unable to test Dia-0.94, this feature might have been implemented and if so, I'm sorry for the unneeded request.
