some external links are interpreted as local files
Dear Maintainer,
When I want to read the Python3 documentation using Devhelp, there are some pages like Tutorial and that have a non-existent subpage.
As can be seen in the attached images, devhelp tries to open external links as local files.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
