Content is empty
Devhelp correctly shows an index in the side-panel on Fedora 29, but content is empty:
$ rpm -q devhelp webkit2gtk3
devhelp-3.30.1-1.fc29.x86_64
webkit2gtk3-2.22.3-1.fc29.x86_64
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
