Feature: include WirePlumber 0.3 gir; formatting fixes

WirePlumber is a session manager and GObject-based high-level API wrapper for PipeWire.

Had to include the gir because WirePlumber is not yet available from official fedora repos. If that's considered too large please propose a better option. This was copied from the Arch package installed on my machine.

Also fixed some formatting and links on the changelog.
