Containerized / flatpaked dconf / gsettings support
Nowadays, applications are increasingly packaged as flatpaks, which seem to have their own sandboxed / containerized copy of the gsettings/dconf data. This effectively makes it very hard to change or reset the settings of a flatpaked application, as dconf only looks at the non-sandboxed version.
It would be nice if dconf-editor could offer the ability to choose whether you want to be working on the non-sandboxed settings from the global user's home directory, or if you want to edit the settings of a particular flatpak sandbox (i.e. stuff under ~/.var/app/the_app_id/config/glib-2.0/settings
).
