Output is messed up by UTF8 combining characters
The output of kgx is messed up by UTF8 combining characters, such as the C with cedilla in portuguese language. Although typing the Ç character does not usually result in the "C character" + "combining cedilla" UTF8 sequence (43 cc a7) but in a single UTF8 "C with cedilla" character (c3 87), the first sequence often appears in downloaded file names and contents. The console can be restored by Ctrl+L or reset.
I attach two sample files, with the offending character in the name and in the content: combining-Ç noncombining-Ç
