VNC connections remain ghost-open despite no host route
Issue: When opening a VNC connection to a non-existent host, the user is dropped back into the Connections home screen. From there, if a user tries to re-enter the connection, it does not attempt to reconnect but rather just shows a black screen, as if that was the product of an ongoing VNC session. Expected Behavior: Session closes, relaunching attempts to reconnect. Actual Behavior: Session just shows a black window, requires manual stoppage. How to replicate: Create a VNC connection on any port to any non-existent IP address (for instance, an APIPA address or a non-existent/offline network device; in my instance, I used the address of a computer which is currently offline). Attempt to launch it, then reenter it. 2022-05-24_15-19-59.mkv
