get rid of the redundant flatpak template

Jordan Petridis requested to merge alatiera/citemplates:alatiera/replace-reduntant-template into master

The previous commit allows us to get rid of our custom flatpak build dance we were doing to replace the sources. Now we are using flatpak-builder which means we get working and automatic sdk-extension functionality.
