Ensure repetitiveConditionsWin Encoder/ForceSensor stuff is ready at start
When Chronojump is opened, that window is created but until is not View, some vars are not defined this makes some things at encoder, forceSensor are not ok until that window is opened and closed by the user
So when user changes to encoder mode, check on that class a boolean: encoderWidgetsDefined and if not, make a View (but with a boolean that it does not View the window), or just call it define!
the same for forceSensor.
