Register thumbnail shortcuts and add Keyboard Shortcuts window
The thumbnail view did not allow users to execute commands such as open, save as, trash, or delete for one or more photo / video thumnails using keyboard shortcuts such as ctrl+o, ctrl+s, etc. This is now possible by registering the action to the accelerator.
Added Keyboard Shortcuts window to the application to coalesce the small, yet disparate shortcut keys available to users.
