Escape key prevents photo or video from firing off

Emil Soleyman-Zomalan requested to merge esoleyman/cheese:escape-means-cancel into master

Removed an errant 'action_cancelled = false' from cancel_running_action which prevented the cancellation of the photo or video from occurring.
