WIP: Flatpak Updates (Origination: Work With Flathub)

I noticed Cheese wasn't on Flathub and that it had a manifest in the repository so I decided to see if I could bring it into Flathub. I've been working with them the last few days get it polished and updated. I'd like to have as much of the things I've gleaned from the process brought back here.
