Support higher resolutions
Currently cheese-3-32.1
automatically uses YUYV format and this behaviour is fixed.
As result I can't record at highest resolution 1280x720 (HD, high def.) but I am fixed at 640x480 (SD, low def.).
The fact I can't choice a different format would not be dramatic, it will make this a [feature request],
but in this way I can't use my webcam at best (and the difference between SD and HD is huge...), so this is a [bug].
