Drop hinting of Ef-cy

There's something weird going on with Ef-cy:

1. The hints seem to just barely miss the lower belly:
2. The bottom point of the belly seems to be ripped apart by hinting:

I probably need to hint this one manually one day, and get the hints compiled by makeotf somehow and then transplant them, probably.
