Housekeeping
- Use newer Designspace v5 format because it saves me an extra file and because I can.
- Move building logic out of CI script and into a nox script
- Update dependencies
Checked for diffs by comparing TTX dumps, inspected CFF2 table diffs with https://github.com/googlefonts/diffenator2. Nothing changed according to it.
