Preparing the media pipeline for SRTP

Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras requested to merge devrtz/calls:null-encryption-single-pipeline into master

This gives the media pipeline enough rope to use and add srtp elements in the GStreamer pipeline.

Key exchange and offer/answer of crypto attribute to be done in a follow up MR.
