Allow adding a new contact
This depends on gnome-contacts!95 (closed)
We will check if the given action is available and if so allow adding a contact from the popover menu in the call list #157 (closed)
The proper solution would involve a contacts portal, but seeing as a couple of distributions ship a patched gnome-contacts, we should use this in the meantime (this is also how chatty does it, see https://source.puri.sm/Librem5/chatty/-/blob/master/src/chatty-contact-provider.c#L782).
