dpkg-buildpackage fails: Could not query call waiting status
Trying to build the default gnome-calls deb package on a Librem 5 running PureOS now fails, this used to work earlier.
Steps to reproduce this:
apt-get source gnome-calls
cd gnome-calls-44.0/
sudo apt-get build-dep .
dpkg-buildpackage
That fails due to to dh_auto_test

There is lots of output before that, among other things this line:
Bail out! CallsMMOrigin-FATAL-WARNING: Could not query call waiting status: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.Error.Core.Unauthorized: PolicyKit authorization failed: not authorized for 'org.freedesktop.ModemManager1.Voice'
Building the deb package like this used to work for me earlier, so I think this started happening due to some changes during the last few months.
