Feature Request: Have Calls show if another program hung up a call

Since you expose being able to hang up or silence a call over dbus, it would be nice if Calls had a way of showing why a call was silenced/hung up on. This way a user would know if a call was blocked by e.g. Phosh-Antispam or a different program.
From the issue:
[O]one can see in the call history if a call got rejected by antispam or by the user. That helps a lot figuring out potential config errors. Needs more protocol between calls and antispam. Shall we move that to a separate issue?
