Description
Running 3.12.1 on Arch
Some time ago I made copies of a few audio CDs using Brasero using Disc Copy write to Image file. Each disc copied resulted in a .img and a .toc file pair.
When I try to write these back to a CD-R the burn process appears to run successfully and then during Finalising the disc Brasero causes the burner drive to eject and then close again. A short while later it reports everything was successful. However, attempting to access the disk it appears unreadable.
Running lsblk with the disc in the crdrom returns: NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT sr0 11:0 1 541M 0 rom
Ive tried different DVD writers and different images. The end result is always the same... an unreadable coaster.
I read somewhere that you can have Brasero generate a detailed log using brasero -g --brasero-media-debug > log 2>&1
Where does it put this log file - I'll attach it for reference.
Version: 3.12.x
