Description
I'm using Brasero 3.4.1 on a Gentoo Linux system.
I have a blank TDK DVD RW 4x and I'm trying to write the ubuntu-12.10-desktop-amd64.iso ISO image on it with my Plextox PX-830UF USB drive. Brasero successfully writes the image, but it doesn't do a checksum comparison after that, even if it does compute the checksum of the original .iso file.
I also filed bug 585338 just minutes before. As I said before, I don't know if those bugs are related and I wonder if it's a matter of permissions, groups or USE flags.
From emerge -pv brasero:
[ebuild R ] app-cdr/brasero-3.4.1 USE="css introspection libburn nautilus -doc -mp3 (-packagekit) -playlist {-test} -tracker" 0 kB
Version: 3.4.x
