preferences: UI tweaks to the "Locations to Ignore" section

In baobab-excluded-row

  • Port to AdwActionRow

In remove folder button:

  • Use edit-delete-symbolic which is the correct icon to use in this case
  • Use flat style
  • Add a tooltip, which also acts as an a11y label

In the "Add Location" row

  • Port to AdwButtonRow (closes #92)
  • Add a mnemonic

In excluded_list_box

  • Use .boxed-list style class
