build: subproject improvements:

• don't expose project root directory in dependency to avoid name clashes when building as a subproject
• add babl path variables to wrap dependency object to allow auto setting of BABL_PATH in project build for wrap builds
• add babl path variables to uninstalled pc file to allow auto setting of BABL_PATH in project build for builds against uninstalled build directory
