mark slot type in all games

Description
Aisleriot now supports marking the slot type (foundation, reserve, stock, tableau, waste) from the game scheme code. I have implemented this for freecell, spider and klondike; this bug is to fix all the other games too.
The add-normal-slot, add-extended-slot, add-partially-extended-slot and new-slot functions defined in sol.scm gained an (optional) last argument that denotes the slot type. So this consists of just adding one of
'foundation 'reserve 'stock 'tableau 'waste
to each call of one these functions in the *.scm files.
In case there are any slots that don't fit one of the 5 categories above, it's easy to add a new type.
