Use consistent colour for desktop folder icon

Fraetor requested to merge fraetor/adwaita-icon-theme:fraetor-master-patch-81918 into master

For whatever reason the colour of the inlay on the desktop folder icon was slightly different from that used for all the other icons. As it is only one character off it was probably a typo originally. The colour difference is minor.
